Afghanistan/U.S.
(U.S.)
Your site is really informative and interesting. Your true love for your work is seen in your words.
I have my baccalaureate in nursing and minor in education and I can definitely see why you are so interested in doing what you do. I am really interested in religion and culture and how it is translated uniquely different in each setting.
With responsibilities that come with life, I am not able to pursue my passion and live where I love the most to live, but you are lucky and privileged to have found your interests and live your dreams.
Thank you for your web site and for instilling humanity about innocent people and a country that has been misunderstood for decades.
I can never and will never be able to explain the beauty and virtue I have seen in Afghan people and the country itself. It is definitely complicated and your website does a great job of presenting the country from within.
Now that I have lived in U.S. for so long, I have come to appreciate U.S. culture as well; that part of its culture that is based on meritocracy and hard work.
Best,
..
